The quick history
Commerce Color began in the printing services business in 1949, providing film and platemaking services for local printing companies. Before long, we became a well-respected member of the local color-separation community, recognized for taking advantage of the latest technologies and attracting highly skilled people.
Today our mission remains clear: Employ the best available talent, utilize up-to-the minute technologies and provide unparalleled service. We look forward to serving our customers well for the next fifty-five years.
Who's in charge
Vince Croghan, President | Vince has been the driving force behind Commerce Color's evolution since the late sixties. Beginning his career as an apprentice film-stripper and assembler, he painstakingly learned his trade, then expanded the company's expertise into nearly every facet of the printing industry, including offset and flexo platemaking, early photo typography, high-end color separation and finally large and grand format digital printing.
Tom Croghan, Vice President | Tom joined the company after running an award-winning marketing communications firm, that did branding and design work throughout the United States. He brings a wealth of creative and marketing experience to his position and is implementing several new marketing initiatives.
Jeanne Sullivan, Secretary/Treasurer | Jeanne has been involved in the management of the company since 1985. She is currently responsible for human resources as well as overseeing the billing and accounting departments.
Ed Luedeman, General Manager | Ed has been with Commerce Color since 1986. Starting as a film-stripper, he quickly advanced to department manager followed by overall plant manager. He has played an instrumental role in the installation and maintenance of our internal production systems. He also oversees the project coordination department as well as the color-separation and file-prep departments.
